What Dress Rich Find Watch does, what counts as a billable task, what it costs, and the weekly cap that cannot be exceeded.

$1.50 per completed task. Never more than $25.00 in one week. Find Watch runs twice a day, 14 runs in a full week, which is at most $21.00 if every run finds something. A run that finds nothing new for you is not billed and sends no email. You can pause or switch it off at any time from your dashboard.
Dress Rich Find Watch is an Automated Task: a scheduled service that shops for you while you get on with your day. You tell it what you want and what you would pay. Twice a day it checks the partner stores and secondhand sources we work with, and emails you when it finds it.
It is not a newsletter and not a sale alert for everyone. Each run reads your own watch list, your sizes, your styles and your price, applies fixed rules in code, and keeps only what fits all of them. That is work, done for you, and it is the reason it is billed per completed task rather than bundled into a flat fee.
It is not one of the Dress Rich Weekly gifts, and it is not The Finder. It is its own service, with its own price and its own cap.
Every day, at the time you choose (anywhere from 06:00 to 11:00, in 15-minute steps, 08:00 unless you change it). For each of your wants, and for your style when you have no wants yet, it looks for new matches and keeps only the ones that pass every rule:
What is left is ranked by how well it matches the want, your styles and your price, and the best few are sent.
Every day at 19:00 your time, while you keep the evening check on. It goes back over your saved finds, and the saved finds on your watch list, and looks for something you would want to know:
A saved find that is no longer available is marked in your dashboard, so you do not go looking for it. On its own, that is not a find: it is not billed and sends no email.
Prices and stock come only from the product data we are connected to: our product bank, and partner store and secondhand feeds as they are connected. We do not scrape store pages, and we never guess a price.
A task is billable when it completes and finds something real for you.
A run that finds nothing new is recorded in your dashboard as a completed check, is not billed, and sends no email.
These are never billed:
$1.50 per completed task. That is the whole price. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee.

Because a run is billed only when it finds something, most weeks cost less than $21.00. A quiet week, where nothing new turned up, costs nothing at all.
Dress Rich Find Watch cannot bill you more than $25.00 in any weekly billing period, whatever happens. At $1.50 a task, that is 16 tasks, so a normal week never reaches it. Once it is reached, no further billable tasks run until the next period begins. There is no override, no exception and no setting that raises it.
Before a run does any work, it reserves its price against that week's allowance on our servers, in a single step that cannot be interrupted. If the reservation would take the week past $25.00, it is refused. If the run then finds nothing new, the reservation is released. That ordering is what makes the cap reliable, even when runs, retries and delays happen at the same moment.
Billing weeks run Monday to Sunday, UTC. Dress Rich Weekly and The Finder charges do not count toward this $25.00, and this cap does not limit them. They are separate lines with separate rules. Dress Rich Weekly also happens to be $25.00 a week, but that is a membership price, not part of this cap.
Setup is short on purpose. These are the settings a search cannot be made without:

A pasted link is only kept as a link when it is on a store we work with. Any other link is kept as a description of what you want, and never followed. Your settings are stored against your account and can be changed at any time from your dashboard.
Finds and prices. They come from our product bank of partner store items, and from partner store and secondhand feeds as each one is connected. Every price carries the time it was checked. Prices and stock change after we check them, sometimes within minutes, and they differ by country. The price on the store's own page is the one that applies.
Secondhand. Secondhand pieces are one of a kind and can sell within hours of a find. A find is marked "may sell out" for that reason.
Sizes. Where a store tells us which sizes are in stock, we use it. Where it does not, the find is shown with its size range, and the store's page has the final word. Sizes also run differently from store to store, which is why your book teaches you to shop by measurements.
Paid links. Some links in these emails and in your dashboard are partner links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what Dress Rich Find Watch sends you. See our affiliate disclosure.
Your sizes, prices, styles, wants and avoid lists stay in your account. They are used only to run your watch. Dress Rich Find Watch never uses a photo. Your settings are never sent to advertising platforms, and they are never sold. Where an AI model helps match a described want or write the one-line opener, it receives only what is needed for that one run, and it never decides a price, what you are eligible for, or what is billed. Every run is recorded with its scheduled time, its actual start and finish, its status, its type, whether it found something billable, the price applied, its billing state, any retries, and whether the email was sent. That record is what your dashboard shows and what any billing question is answered from.
Completed tasks add up through the week and are settled once, after the week ends, as a single charge described as "Dress Rich Find Watch" with the week and the number of tasks included. Settlement cannot charge the same week twice.
Your dashboard shows, at all times: the current status, your wants, your settings, the next check time, how many tasks have completed this week, what they have cost, and how much of the $25.00 remains. Recent activity reads plainly, for example: "08:02 Checked 9 stores for 4 wants, found 2 under your price" or "19:00 Checked prices on 6 saved items. Nothing changed, so nothing was sent or charged."
Each billable run sends one short email: a line on what it found, up to five cards (the picture, the title, the store, the price and the time it was checked), the paid-link line directly under the cards, and a button to see all your finds in your dashboard. When an Amazon find is shown, the Amazon Associates line is included too.
We do not send an email when you switch Dress Rich Find Watch on, pause it, switch it off or change your settings. We do not send announcements, tips or offers through it, and we never email you about money. If an email arrives from Dress Rich Find Watch, it has a real find in it.
Unsubscribing from our emails also pauses Dress Rich Find Watch, because the email is the product. You can switch it back on from your dashboard.
Dress Rich Find Watch needs a payment method that can be charged again: a card, or a PayPal account authorised for future payments. If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay only, it is not available, because both wallets provide a single-use device number. On those accounts it is not offered, not shown, not scheduled, and refused by our server. Nothing you bought is affected, and you can add a card deliberately from Billing at any time.
Pause stops runs immediately and keeps your settings and your wants. Switch off stops runs entirely. Nothing switches it back on automatically, ever, and The Finder cannot switch it on for you.
If a weekly settlement fails, the outstanding amount is shown in your dashboard and further billable tasks are held until it clears. Everything you have bought stays available regardless.
Dress Rich Find Watch depends on third-party store, feed and AI services, and a run can be late or missed when one of them is down. A missed run is not billed. A find is only as current as the moment it was checked: between our check and your click, a price can change or a size can sell out. That is why every price carries its time, and why the store's page is always final.
