What we hold

• Account: your email address and what you have bought.
• Billing: payment provider tokens, transaction references, amounts and dates. We never store card numbers or CVVs. Card data goes directly to the payment provider through fields we cannot access.
• Your style profile: only what you choose to give: your first name, sizes, the most you like to pay per piece, styles, palette, what to avoid, fit notes you share, occasions, whether you want secondhand finds, and your country.
• Saved: the finds and outfits you save, and your photo setting.
• The Finder: your conversations, with the cards they showed, so you can reopen them. Never the photos.
• Dress Rich Find Watch: your settings (sizes, price, styles, your wants, avoid lists, secondhand on or off, your times) and the record of each run.
• Clicks on finds: when you open a find, which item, which store, where you opened it from, and when, so we know which finds are useful and can reconcile commissions.

Photos

A photo you send to The Finder is re-encoded on our server, which removes hidden camera data such as location and device details. It is then sent to our AI provider to produce that one answer, and it is not stored: not on our servers, not in your conversation, not in a backup. The conversation keeps only a note that a photo was attached, and the answer.

The Finder reads the clothes in a photo and nothing else. It does not identify or describe people, does not recognize faces, and does not estimate anyone's size, weight or age. Nothing from a photo is added to your profile. We do not use your photos to train any model, and we never send them to an advertising platform. You can switch photos off in your dashboard, and our server then refuses any photo on your account.

What advertising platforms get, and what they never get

We use Meta advertising tools. They receive a purchase value, a currency, a hashed email address, standard browser identifiers, and the fact that certain steps happened (for example, that a find was opened, with the store's name but not the item).

They never receive, and we have built the system so that they cannot receive: your photos, your sizes, fit notes, measurements, budgets or price ceilings, your style profile, your Saved list, your Dress Rich Find Watch wants, or anything you typed to The Finder. This is enforced in code: the tracking layer on our pages strips any such field before an event leaves the page.

Processors

Payments: Tranzila and PayPal. Email: Resend. AI: a third-party model provider, which receives your messages and any photo you attach solely to produce a reply, under terms that do not allow it to train on them. Product data: the stores and affiliate networks whose product and price data we use; they receive nothing about you from us. Hosting and database providers hold the data described above. When you open a find, you go to that store's own site, under that store's own privacy policy.

Your choices, and how to delete

• Edit or clear your style profile from the The Finder section of your dashboard.
• Remove saved finds and outfits from Saved, or delete your whole closet record (sizes, styles, price, saved finds, outfits, progress and photo setting) at once with "Delete my closet data" in Account.
• Delete any The Finder conversation with the delete control on that conversation.
• Switch photos off in your dashboard settings.
• Pause or switch off Dress Rich Find Watch from your dashboard. Your settings stay until you change them or ask us to delete your account.
• Cancel your membership and unsubscribe from email at any time.
• To get a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything above, write to support@dressrichmethod.com from the email address on your account. We act within 30 days.

Residents of states and countries with consumer privacy laws have rights to access, correct and delete their data, and we honour them for everyone. We do not sell personal data.

Email

We send exactly two kinds of email: the one that opens your dashboard, and Dress Rich Find Watch finds if you have switched it on. We do not email invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, trial notices, renewal notices or cancellation notices. All of that lives in your dashboard.

Age

Dress Rich is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.
